Students looking for marketing scholarships will want to consider the following opportunities in 2013.
DMEF Annual Marketing Scholarships
The Direct Marketing Educational Foundation (DMEF) accepts applications for its annual scholarship program from November 1st till April 30th. Awards range from $1,000 to $5,000. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents interested in direct or interactive marketing. For more information see the website Directworks.org or contact email@example.com. Students should already be enrolled in college or grad school and have at least one semester of school remaining.
Colorado Mountain College
Out-of-state students interested in earning an associate degree in digital and new media can apply for Colorado Mountain College’s first full-ride scholarships. The deadline is March 15th.
The scholarships will range between $10,000 and $19,450 per academic year and can be renewed for one additional year for students achieving a GPA of 3.2 or better. There will be up to six scholarships awarded to students.
Students applying should be able to demonstrate a history of strong scholastics including a GPA of 3.0 or better and a commitment to community and academic activities. Students will be able to study digital journalism, marketing, media production, graphic design, and photography with the scholarship at the Isaacson School.
The college’s Isaacson School for New Media started credit classes in August 2012, for students wanting to earn an associate degree, as well as noncredit Black Diamond workshops designed to help mid-career professionals and entrepreneurs learn new media skills.

EDSF Marketing Scholarships
The Electronic Document Scholarship Foundation (EDSF) administers about 40 scholarships of interest to marketing students. The scholarship awards range from $1,000 to $5,000. Students who are interested in graphic communications and the management of electronic documents can check out the EDSF website to see whether they may qualify for one of the scholarships. The EDSF also administers the Richard, William and Walter Sakai Memorial Scholarship. Marketing students at the University of Washington, University of Portland, or Washington State University can apply for a $1,000 scholarship. The All-American Vector Marketing Scholarship Program
Student sales representatives of Vector marketing can participate in the All-American Vector Marketing Scholarship program. Candidates must be full-time students and meet Vector Marketing’s sales requirements. Check the vectorscholarships.com website for more details.
The Sales & Marketing Executives of Cleveland Scholarship
For students in the Greater Cleveland area, full-time college students earning a degree in Ohio in the field of marketing or sales can apply for a scholarship of up to $5,000. The deadline is May 1st. Submit a 500-word essay about your career goals. See the SME Cleveland website for full details.
The HSMAI Foundation Marketing Scholarship Program
